Our Pledge
AgentHub is an open marketplace built by and for the community. We are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for everyone — regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, level of experience, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, sexual identity and orientation, or any other characteristic.
Our Standards
Encouraged behavior:
- Being respectful and constructive in discussions, reviews, and feedback
- Welcoming newcomers and helping them contribute their first plugin
- Crediting plugin authors and respecting their work
- Reporting security issues or malicious plugins responsibly
- Accepting constructive criticism gracefully
Unacceptable behavior:
- Submitting plugins that contain malicious code, backdoors, or data-harvesting functionality
- Impersonating other authors or submitting plugins without the original author's consent
- Harassment, trolling, personal attacks, or derogatory comments in issues, PRs, or Discord
- Publishing others' private information without explicit permission
- Sexualized language, imagery, or unwelcome advances
- Any conduct that would reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting
Plugin-Specific Standards
As a plugin marketplace, we hold additional standards for submissions:
- No malicious plugins. Plugins must not contain code designed to harm users, steal data, or exploit systems.
- Honest descriptions. Plugin descriptions must accurately reflect what the plugin does.
- Respect licenses. Only submit plugins you have the right to distribute. Respect the licenses of dependencies.
- No impersonation. Do not use names, descriptions, or branding that imply official affiliation with Anthropic, Claude, or other organizations unless you are authorized to do so.
Enforcement
Community maintainers are responsible for clarifying and enforcing these standards. Actions in response to violations may include:
- Correction — A private message clarifying the issue and expectations.
- Warning — A formal warning with restricted interaction for a period of time.
- Temporary ban — Temporary removal from community spaces (Discord, GitHub).
- Permanent ban — Permanent removal from the community and rejection of future contributions.
- Plugin removal — Plugins that violate these standards may be removed from the marketplace without notice.

All reports will be reviewed promptly and handled with discretion. Reporter identity will be kept confidential.
Scope
This Code of Conduct applies to all AgentHub community spaces — the GitHub repository, Discord server, website, and any other official channels. It also applies when representing the community in public spaces.

This Code of Conduct is adapted from the Contributor Covenant, version 2.1.
